We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with vetted service providers (hosting, maps, analytics, crash reporting, push, AI moderation) under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law or to protect safety. See the Privacy Policy for details.

04 How to delete your account & data

You can delete your account and associated personal data directly inside the app — no email required. Here's how:

  1. Open Centinela and go to Settings → Account.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm your choice (you may be asked to re-enter your password).
  4. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days.

Prefer to request it by email?

Send a deletion request from your registered email to support@getcentinela.app with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and process it within 30 days.
